Terms & Conditions

 Swift Truck Dispatch LLC
Last Updated: October 13, 2026

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the website and services of Swift Truck Dispatch LLC. By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our Services

Swift Truck Dispatch LLC provides truck dispatch services to owner-operators and motor carriers. These services may include load searching, rate negotiation, booking assistance, paperwork handling, and related support.

Our role is to provide dispatch services on behalf of our carrier clients, subject to the applicable service agreement and law. We do not take possession of freight. Our services are not intended to replace any licenses, operating authority, or responsibilities required of motor carriers or other transportation businesses.

2. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information, including your operating authority, insurance, and equipment details.
  • Maintain valid operating authority, required insurance, and all licenses and permits needed to operate legally.
  • Follow applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including relevant FMCSA and DOT requirements.
  • Make your own final decision to accept or decline any load.
  • Ensure that your transportation operations comply with applicable safety and legal requirements.

3. Fees and Payment

Dispatch fees, payment terms, and billing schedules are set out in your service agreement with Swift Truck Dispatch LLC.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, fees are due according to the terms stated on your invoice or service agreement. Late or unpaid fees may result in suspension or termination of services, subject to applicable law and the terms of your agreement.

4. SMS and Text Messaging Terms

By opting in to receive text messages from Swift Truck Dispatch LLC, you agree to receive SMS messages related to our services. These may include load updates, dispatch notifications, reminders, account alerts, and customer support messages.

  • Message frequency: Message frequency varies depending on your activity and the services you use.
  • Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply.
  • Opt out: Reply STOP at any time to opt out of text messages.
  • Help: Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us using the information listed below.
  • Consent: Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service.
  • Delivery: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties.

5. No Guarantee of Loads or Earnings

We make reasonable efforts to help identify available loads and suitable rates for our carrier clients. However, we do not guarantee any specific number of loads, rates, revenue, profit, or availability of freight.

Load availability, rates, and scheduling depend on market conditions and decisions made by brokers, shippers, carriers, and other parties.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Swift Truck Dispatch LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or services.

We are not responsible for losses arising from cargo loss or damage, transportation delays, accidents, fines, or disputes with brokers or shippers, except to the extent liability cannot lawfully be excluded or is otherwise established under applicable law.

Responsibility for transporting freight safely and legally remains with the carrier, subject to applicable law and any relevant agreements.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for claims arising from our services will not exceed the dispatch fees paid to us during the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law.

7. Termination

Either party may end the service relationship as provided in the applicable service agreement.

We may suspend or terminate access to our services if you materially breach these Terms, violate applicable law, or fail to meet your obligations under the service agreement, subject to applicable law.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, logos, graphics, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Swift Truck Dispatch LLC unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use our website content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Changes will take effect upon posting unless otherwise stated or required by law. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
